Unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods with a tag attached may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Merchandise sent to a customer must be postmarked within 14 days of being shipped out, shipping costs are nonrefundable. When returning an item you are able to exchange for another item or receive an in store credit that never expires. At That Guy's Secret we are unable to guarantee stock, however, your item can be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.
