We are aware that things do not always work out. We hope to make each return as easy as possible for each customer. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods with a tag attached may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Merchandise sent to a customer must be postmarked within 14 days of being shipped out, shipping costs are nonrefundable. When returning an item you are able to exchange for another item or receive an in store credit that never expires. At That Guy's Secret we are unable to guarantee stock, however, your item can be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.

 

Nonreturnable Items

All Accessories: Jewelry, sunglasses, hats, scarves, and belts.

All Sale/Clearance items are final.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached within 14 days of purchasing.

 

Problems with your order?

Upon arrival of your package we strongly encourage our shoppers to inspect their items immediately. If you find your item to be damaged please contact us within 5-7 days at 1 (815)-250-0928.

We will not be responsible for purchases that are defective after being washed, worn, or altered.

 

Shipping

$8.00 flat rate shipping for all standard shipping.We will try our best to have your items shipped out within 1-2 business days following your purchase. Both Holidays and weekends are not included in shipping days. Our preferred shipping carrier is U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

We also offer free in store pick up at That Guy's Secret in Lasalle.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I don't like it/it doesn't fit?

Exchanges are always free. Simply stop in and see us, and we will fix you right up. If you can't make it in, send it back along with a description of the issue, and we will include a replacement in next month's box. 


Do I still get an in-store discount if I'm not a Platinum Member?

We appreciate all of our members! On all in-store purchases Silver Members will receive a 10% discount, Gold Members receive a 15% discount, and Platinum Members receive a 20% discount. 


Will the stuff be different every month?

Yes, it will be different. You won't end up with 20 of the same blue shirt. 


When do I get my package?

Packages ship on the Wednesday following your sign up date. Future shipments will correspond to your original sign up. i.e. If your sign up date was the 15th of the month then your future packages will ship the first Wednesday after the 15th of all future months. 


Can I change my membership?

Yes, you can. Simply go to the account tab, then click manage subscription.  This will allow you to change between subscriptions to better fit your needs. 

 

Can I purchase individuals items or only the monthly subscription?

Yes, you can purchase any of our items with or without purchasing That Guy's Secret Club membership.

 

Do I have to have my package shipped?

No.  If you would like to pick up your purchase in the store, please just add a note in the section labeled "special instructions to seller" and use promo code InStorePickUp.
