We are aware that things do not always work out. We hope to make each return as easy as possible for each customer. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods with a tag attached may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Merchandise sent to a customer must be postmarked within 14 days of being shipped out, shipping costs are nonrefundable. When returning an item you are able to exchange for another item or receive an in store credit that never expires. At That Guy's Secret we are unable to guarantee stock, however, your item can be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.

All Sale/Clearance items are final.

We will not be responsible for purchases that are defective after being washed, worn, or altered.
Shipping:
$10.00 flat rate shipping for all standard shipping. We will try our best to have your items shipped out within 1-2 business days following your purchase. Both Holidays and weekends are not included in shipping days. Our preferred shipping carrier is U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
