SAXX underwear is sized by waist measurement and features their signature BallPark Pouch™ — a built-in hammock-style support system designed to keep everything in place all day. Getting the right size ensures the pouch works as intended.
How to Measure
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, about 1" above your navel, keeping the tape snug but comfortable. This is the measurement SAXX uses for sizing — not your pants waist size.
⚠️ Heads up on sizing: SAXX underwear tends to run one size larger than most underwear brands. If you’re between sizes or typically wear a medium in other brands, you may find a SAXX Small fits perfectly. When in doubt, ask us — we’re happy to help.

Style Guide
- Boxer Brief: Mid-thigh length. The most popular SAXX style — great for everyday wear and active use. Keeps everything secure without riding up.
- Trunk: Shorter leg than a boxer brief, sits at the upper thigh. Great for slim-fit pants where you don’t want visible lines.
- Brief: Minimal coverage, maximum freedom of movement. Ideal for warmer weather or under fitted trousers.
- Boxer: Loose fit with a longer leg. Maximum airflow and comfort for lounging or sleeping.
- Long Leg Boxer Brief: Extended leg coverage, ideal for preventing thigh chafing during athletic activity or travel.
